Provide an enabling service to assist young people aged 16-19 to make a successful transition to adulthood and independent living.
What we will provide:
- Specialist help to young people using M25 and other services.
- Active signposting and referral
We will help you:
- Locate and maintain a suitable place to live.
- Develop relationships and gain social skills
- To get to meet others who can help and support you for example in accessing education and training
- Understand your rights and stand up for them without standing on others
We expect that:
- If you want advice just give us a call we expect nothing.
If you want to work with us long term, we expect that:
- You commit to working with us toward the things you wish to achieve. We realise it's hard and that sometimes things don't go how they are planned, but we do need your commitment.
If you are accommodated with us we expect that:
You attend the meetings set up with your key worker and any other agencies. You take your responsibilities whilst staying with us seriously such as keeping to the house rules, what it says in your licence agreement and respect others.
You can use the Young Persons service if:
- You are aged 16-19.
- You need support and advice.
- You have a commitment to addressing your needs, work with us and you accept the support we provide.
